Hey folks!  We couldn’t be more excited to dive into the world of black raspberries. There is just so much information out there and no good place to go get it! This blog will be focused on providing a complete picture of this powerhouse of a berry that isn’t well known outside of Oregon and research laboratories. We will try and provide a complete picture of the following:

• How to use black raspberries
• Research and news involving the health benefits of black raspberries
• The good and not-so-good black raspberry products on the market
• Some background on the berry itself

“Black Raspberries contain an extremely dark pigment which allows them to be used as a colorant and gives black raspberries one of the highest antioxidant ratings in common fruits and berries.
