A type of plant pigment found in a wide variety of plants and plant-based products like teas, wines, fruit, vegetables cocoa and olive oil. They are responsible for many functions of the plant and have been shown to have a positive effect on many human functions, and have extremely low toxicity so they can be consumed in large quantities.
